Last Wednesday, Mark, from an electronics component factory in Seoul, South Korea, urgently contacted us: the air conditioning unit in their workshop was experiencing unstable temperature control and excessive noise, and with hygiene and quarantine inspections imminent, they urgently needed a custom-made unit.
We quickly addressed their needs: a 300㎡ workshop required a constant temperature of 23±1℃, constant humidity of 50±5%, noise level ≤55 decibels, and energy efficiency. Our technical team immediately adjusted the solution: replacing the evaporator with a multi-finned evaporator and a PID temperature control module, improving temperature control accuracy to ±0.8℃; equipping it with a silent bearing fan, reducing noise to 52 decibels; designing an 8000m³/h airflow, with dual fans operating in parallel to ensure production, saving 15% energy compared to the standard model.
The next day, we sent the solution to the client and, at their request, added 4G remote monitoring—allowing them to view data and receive alarms on their mobile phones. For the next three days, the production department worked around the clock, and the quality control department repeatedly debugged the core components.
On the fourth day, the air conditioning unit was airlifted to South Korea. During the remote installation guidance, Mark specially took a photo and sent it to us: in the photo, our air handling unit was embedded in the corner of the workshop, and the engineer was adjusting the parameters in front of the screen, with the temperature and humidity meter next to it showing 22.9℃ and 49%. He said in the message, "The parameters are so accurate!" After the installation was completed, Mark gave a thumbs up again: "Even faster than expected!" Now the air handling unit is running smoothly. For us, accurately adapting to the needs is what truly helps customers solve problems.
