Side-Mounted FFU Configuration: Utilizing aluminum-zinc coated steel side-mounted FFU fan and filter units, integrating pre-filter + H14 high-efficiency dual-stage filtration, the units are embedded on one side within the cleanroom's aluminum alloy frame. The air outlet features a horizontal laminar flow design, ensuring even coverage of the operating area with clean air. This avoids the impact of vertical airflow on the mixing and filling of cosmetic liquids. Filtration efficiency ≥99.99%, meeting the particulate-free production requirements for medical aesthetics and cosmetics.

Medical Aesthetics/Cosmetic-Specific Design: The enclosure uses transparent anti-static PVC soft curtains, balancing cleanliness and visibility for easy workshop operation. The interior is equipped with stainless steel anti-static workbenches, suitable for cosmetic filling equipment. The material is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and disinfect, and meets cosmetic production hygiene standards. Temperature and humidity are precisely controlled at 22±2℃ and 45%-65% RH to prevent the deactivation of active ingredients in medical aesthetics products and instability in cosmetic emulsion systems.

Modular Structure: The overall structure utilizes a lightweight aluminum alloy frame, with side-mounted FFUs and clean booths modularly assembled. This allows for adjustment and disassembly based on the customer's production line, adapting to existing workshop layouts without requiring large-scale factory modifications.


3. Finished Product Testing and On-Time Delivery: The finished clean booths undergo comprehensive testing at the factory, including side-mounted FFU outlet air velocity, cleanliness particle concentration, and overall sealing performance. All indicators meet ISO 7 cleanroom standards and relevant EU requirements. Test reports are simultaneously sent to the customer for confirmation. The finished products are standardized and protected against moisture and impact. They are shipped via the customer's designated logistics channels, with full tracking of logistics information to ensure smooth delivery to the Spanish customer's production workshop.
