The client directly inquired through our website and precisely selected our modular cleanroom solution. Addressing the stringent requirements of semiconductor manufacturing, we customized a 3.2m x 4.5m cleanroom space, equipped with a HEPA high-efficiency filtration system (0.3μm particle filtration efficiency >99.99%) and an intelligent temperature and humidity control system, simultaneously integrating an ESD elimination device to mitigate the risk of chip short circuits from the source.

Full-process compliance assurance: The product has passed CE certification and French A+ environmental certification, eliminating the risk of VOC emissions. Efficient delivery is made under EXW terms, providing a complete set of customs clearance documents including a certificate of origin and test reports. The client arranges their own logistics and pickup, ensuring a worry-free partnership.

Currently, the equipment is operating stably in the client's photolithography workshop, efficiently meeting the cleanroom requirements for chip packaging, and a long-term cooperation agreement has been reached.
