Modular laboratories/cleanrooms are created by redesigning and replanning various functional systems that would otherwise require on-site installation, breaking them down into multiple high-strength modular structures while simultaneously integrating various functions to achieve the desired performance.
Director Li of a Singaporean automotive chip packaging factory faced a German order delivery crisis due to dust in the workshop causing the chip packaging yield to be only 82%, so he asked us for help. We coordinated with local agencies in Singapore to conduct surveys and determined that some spaces needed to be upgraded from Class 100,000 to ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000) cleanliness standards. Based on local cost and efficiency needs, we customized a partitioned modular clean shed solution and completed compliance certification and customs clearance procedures. The components were prefabricated and shipped in 15 days. Remote installation was achieved through 3D animation, video preview and 4 days of real-time guidance, and operational adaptation issues were solved on-site. The acceptance showed that the cleanliness was up to standard, and remote training was completed simultaneously. In the end, the chip packaging defect rate was reduced to 5%, and the yield rate reached 95%. The customer successfully delivered the order and won new cooperation. Currently, there are plans to add a customized clean booth with real-time monitoring function.
Venturi valve: It boasts high pressure control accuracy, stably maintaining the required pressure differential in cleanrooms; strong anti-interference capability, unaffected by duct pressure fluctuations, and compatible with various brands of ventilation systems. Its weather resistance is excellent, supporting moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant treatments to withstand harsh environments such as the humid heat of Southeast Asia, extending its service life.
