By adopting modular design, key components such as the main framework, doors/windows, purification systems, and laboratory furnishings are decomposed into independent modules. Factory prefabrication of these modules minimizes on-site installation time and complications, dramatically accelerating project timelines and allowing laboratories to commence operations sooner.
Main Structural Framework
It adopts a steel frame, featuring high strength and corrosion resistance. The walls are made of lightweight fireproof materials (such as sandwich panels or sandwich panels + glass partitions), which also offer sound insulation, heat insulation and visibility.
Purification Equipment
Equipped with FFU (Fan Filter Units), laminar flow hoods, and other purification systems to achieve Class 100 to Class 10,000 cleanliness standards. Suitable for sterile applications such as microbial and cell culture.
Laboratory Workstation Module
The module integrates standardized lab benches (steel-wood or all-steel construction), fume hoods, reagent shelves, and utility provisions. Work surfaces may include embedded electrical outlets, gas taps (e.g., oxygen, nitrogen), and other service fixtures to support chemical, biological, and general wet-lab operations.
Storage Module
The module includes chemical storage cabinets, glassware cabinets, gas cylinder storage cabinets, and optionally explosion-proof storage rooms with ventilation and gas leak detection systems, designed for safe storage of hazardous chemicals.
Auxiliary Systems Module
The module can be equipped with exhaust systems, air purifiers, and independent HVAC systems to precisely control temperature, humidity, and air quality in laboratory environments.
