The surfaces of the clean room such as walls, floors and ceilings should be smooth, flat, seamless, dust-free, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean and disinfect. Doors and windows should have good sealing properties to prevent external pollutants from entering.

Multi-stage air filtration devices, such as primary filter, medium-efficiency filter and high-efficiency filter (HEPA), are used to remove pollutants such as dust particles and microorganisms in the air to ensure that the air entering the clean room reaches the specified cleanliness level.

The HVAC system has the ability to control temperature, humidity, pressure difference, and cleanliness. According to different production processes and product requirements, the clean room maintains a specific temperature and humidity range. Reasonable airflow organization enables uniform and stable airflow in the clean room, avoids airflow dead corners and vortices, and ensures that pollutants can be discharged outdoors in a timely and effective manner.

There is an appropriate pressure difference between clean rooms of different levels and between clean rooms and non-clean areas to prevent external polluted air from entering or internal pollutants from leaking into the surrounding environment.

It can be equipped with monitoring equipment such as temperature and humidity sensors and differential pressure gauges to monitor various parameters of the clean room in real time, such as temperature, humidity, pressure, etc., and adjust and control related equipment through the control system to ensure that the clean room is always in a stable operating state.
