Airtight automatic doors product features
● The door panels are made of high-quality aluminum honeycomb or XPS filling, with PVC anti-static film or anti-static powder-coated steel plate as the surface lining. This provides excellent bending strength and fire resistance, allowing the door to withstand harsh climates in various regions. The edges are reinforced with specialized aluminum profiles and fitted with specially designed sealing strips to ensure a good seal.
● A four-degree adjustable door suspension system allows for effective up, down, left, and right adjustment of the door panels to achieve the desired seal. The guide rails and door header are made of high-strength specialized aluminum profiles, resulting in a more harmonious overall appearance and easier, faster maintenance and installation. An embedded LED display shows "Under Operation".
● The system automatically records the number of door openings and closings, provides fault code alerts, automatically stops the door when encountering obstruction, and includes an ES emergency stop function. A power-assisted handle allows for easy opening during power outages.
● Utilizing microcomputer control, the door opening and closing system offers user-friendly operation. It features an anti-pinch function and allows for the preset of multiple operating parameters (time, speed), ensuring operational safety. It supports manual control, infrared sensing, foot control, microwave control, and other methods of door opening, and integrates with access control systems for effective door control.
● The system includes a maintenance reminder function for convenient periodic maintenance, ensuring a clean operating room. Various parameters are digitally adjustable, offering simplicity and durability. All settable parameters can be automatically reset to factory settings.
