Laminar flow purification transfer window is designed specifically for high-cleanliness scenarios. Its core function is to further remove dust from the surface of materials through local laminar flow purification when transferring materials between different clean areas (such as ISO 5 and ISO 7 clean rooms), thus preventing cross-contamination. It is widely used in places with stringent cleanliness requirements, such as pharmaceutical workshops, sterile operating rooms, and semiconductor laboratories.

    Core Working Principle

    Based on the traditional double-door interlocked transfer window, the laminar flow purification transfer window incorporates a built-in fan and high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA H14) system. Upon power-up, it creates a unidirectional vertical or horizontal laminar airflow inside the chamber:

     Airflow is blown out from the top HEPA filter, evenly covering the material placement area;

     This removes dust particles adhering to the material surface and simultaneously forms an air barrier, preventing unclean external air from entering the chamber;

     The dust-laden airflow is filtered by the pre-filter at the bottom return air vent before re-entering the circulation system or being discharged, ensuring that the material remains under clean airflow protection throughout the transfer process.
