Product Feature
Industrial chillers are based on a vapor-compression refrigeration cycle. The core process includes the following:
●Compression: The refrigerant is compressed into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas in the compressor.
●Condensation: The high-temperature, high-pressure gas enters the condenser, where it is condensed into a room-temperature, high-pressure liquid through heat dissipation (either air or water cooling).
●Throttling: The room-temperature, high-pressure liquid passes through a throttling device (such as an expansion valve) to reduce its pressure to a low-temperature, low-pressure wet vapor.
●Evaporation: The low-temperature, low-pressure wet vapor enters the evaporator, absorbs heat from the object being cooled, and then vaporizes, completing the refrigeration cycle.

●Basic Protection
After cleaning the equipment surface, wrap key components (such as the compressor and control panel) with pearl cotton.
Wrap the entire equipment with stretch film to ensure no exposed parts.
●Reinforcement and Cushioning
Fill the equipment with air bags or foam board around the edges, especially around the corners.
Large equipment should be secured in wooden boxes with wooden supports installed inside. Fill the gaps between the equipment and the box with foam blocks.
●External Protection
Cover the wooden box with waterproof plastic film and seal the seams with tape.
Attach a rain cover (such as plastic sheeting) to the top of the box and non-slip matting to the bottom.
●Marking and Securing
Mark the box with warning signs such as "Fragile" and "Place Upward."
Secure the equipment to the transport vehicle with straps or ropes to prevent it from sliding.
