Product Feature

Industrial chillers are based on a vapor-compression refrigeration cycle. The core process includes the following:

●Compression: The refrigerant is compressed into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas in the compressor.

●Condensation: The high-temperature, high-pressure gas enters the condenser, where it is condensed into a room-temperature, high-pressure liquid through heat dissipation (either air or water cooling).

●Throttling: The room-temperature, high-pressure liquid passes through a throttling device (such as an expansion valve) to reduce its pressure to a low-temperature, low-pressure wet vapor.

●Evaporation: The low-temperature, low-pressure wet vapor enters the evaporator, absorbs heat from the object being cooled, and then vaporizes, completing the refrigeration cycle.
