Online airborne dust and bacteria samplers are the optimal choice for detecting airborne microorganisms in cleanrooms and sterile environments, and are widely used in industries such as sterile pharmaceutical factories, drug testing institutes, and public health and epidemic prevention areas. Based on the Anderson impaction principle, with an impact velocity of 12 m/s, equivalent to Anderson impaction level 6, an external suction device draws air in through a porous cap (sampling head) and impacts it onto a 90 mm petri dish coated with agar medium. Airborne microorganisms are thus "captured" onto the agar medium. After the petri dish is removed and cultured under suitable conditions, colony counts are performed.
