2. Integrated Interlocking Airlock: Clean Protection, Smart & Efficient:
The air shower and airlock feature an integrated design that balances functionality with aesthetics. Equipped with infrared-activated air jets and a dual-door electronic interlocking system, it removes dust particles while preventing cross-contamination, effectively maintaining workspace cleanliness.
3. Smart Control System: Effortless Temperature & Humidity Regulation:
The cleanroom is equipped with a modular HVAC system and prefabricated ductwork for quick, simple installation. It precisely controls temperature and humidity to maintain comfort while fully meeting the client's specific production process requirements.
4. ISO 4 (Class 10) Ultra-Clean Room:
To meet Class 10 cleanliness standards, the cleanroom features a double-layer ceiling design combined with a raised access floor to achieve true laminar airflow. The raised floor incorporates grilles for effective air return, enhancing energy efficiency and enabling precise control of parameters such as temperature, humidity, and pressure differentials.
5. Rounded Corner Structure: Safe and Easy to Clean:
The cleanroom utilizes rounded vertical columns at the corners, making cleaning easy and effectively eliminating dust traps. The rounded transitions also prevent accidental bumps and collisions, ensuring a safe working environment. A 2mm gap is reserved at the base for the flooring material to curve up the wall, resulting in a seamless, smooth installation. 6. "Castle" Series – Superior Performance:
The cleanroom utilizes rock wool color-coated steel panels for its wall structure. The coated surfaces offer excellent corrosion and weather resistance, a smooth seamless finish, and an A1 fire rating. The core material and panels are tightly bonded through a composite process, resulting in high structural integrity that complies with ISO 14644 industry standards.
7. Anti-static PVC Sheet Flooring:
PVC flooring sheets are joined using specialized conductive adhesive to create a continuous conductive network. This ensures comprehensive anti-static performance across the entire floor, preventing functional failure caused by localized wear or seam issues. The flooring maintains superior anti-static performance during long-term use, remaining largely unaffected by fluctuations in ambient humidity or temperature.
8. DC FFU – Meeting High Airflow and Cleanliness Requirements:
To meet the client's requirements for high air exchange rates and high airflow volumes, Aircolourful employs high-capacity DC Fan Filter Units (FFUs). These CE/UL-certified units deliver the necessary airflow and cleanliness levels while ensuring low noise and low energy consumption, aligning with the client's production philosophy.
9. Excellent Performance and Compliance with Specifications:
On-site testing confirms that key parameters—such as cleanliness class (e.g., ISO 4–6, Class 10–1,000), airflow velocity and uniformity, temperature and humidity, pressure differential, noise levels, and illumination—consistently meet design specifications upon initial testing.
