2. Factory Pre-assembled with Self-supporting Structure:
The modular cleanroom is pre-assembled at the Aircolourful factory prior to shipment to ensure all functional parameters meet design specifications and client requirements. The stable aluminum alloy frame forms a self-supporting structure that requires no overhead hoisting, simplifying assembly and accelerating on-site installation.
3. Large-format Floor-mounted Pass-through Box – Custom-built:
To facilitate material transfer, a large, floor-mounted pass-through box was custom-designed, allowing materials to be moved in and out via trolley. Equipped with an interlocking mechanism, the unit ensures convenient transfer while protecting the cleanroom from cross-contamination.
4. Excellent Performance and Compliance:
All equipment undergoes pre-assembly, labeling, and testing before leaving the factory. Following on-site installation, the cleanroom undergoes multiple tests—including cleanliness, illuminance, and airflow velocity—with all results passing on the first attempt.
