● Core Functions
Precise Wind Speed Adjustment
The core function is to control the fan speed. The speed range is typically 40%–100% of the rated speed, and can be adjusted manually or automatically depending on the usage scenario:
For high-cleanliness requirements such as experimental operations and pharmaceutical dispensing, adjust to high speed to ensure laminar flow velocity of 0.36~0.54 m/s (compliant with GMP standards);
During standby, adjust to low speed to reduce energy consumption while maintaining positive pressure inside the enclosure to prevent external contamination from entering.
Status Monitoring and Alarms: Real-time monitoring of filter differential pressure, fan operating current, and airflow speed, with data updated on the display screen.
Fault Alarms: Triggering audible and visual alarms and recording fault codes when filter differential pressure exceeds limits (indicating filter replacement), fan overload, or abnormal airflow speed occurs, facilitating rapid troubleshooting.
Cumulative Running Time: Automatically records the operating time of the fan and germicidal lamps, reminding users of regular maintenance.
Automated Linkage Control:
Sterilization Linkage: UV lamp delay start/stop can be set; for example, after the laminar flow hood is turned on, the fan runs for 5 minutes to purify the airflow before automatically starting the UV lamps for sterilization; after sterilization, it automatically switches to the operating airflow speed.
Door Control Linkage (for laminar flow hoods with protective doors): When the protective door is opened, the controller automatically increases the airflow speed to strengthen the airflow barrier; after the door is closed, it returns to the energy-saving airflow speed.
Central Linkage: Supports RS485 communication, connecting to the cleanroom central control system for unified management and data upload of multiple laminar flow hoods. Safety Protection Features: Built-in overload, undervoltage, and short-circuit protection to prevent fan damage due to electrical faults; UV lamp interlock protection: Some models have a human body sensor function that automatically shuts off the UV lamp when personnel approach to avoid UV damage; Power failure memory: After a power outage, the equipment can automatically restore previous operating parameters upon restart, without needing to reset.
