Material Description
1. Upper Cabinet:
a. The main frame is made of 8mm thick porcelain white PP (polypropylene) sheets, welded with matching welding rods. The entire structure extensively uses mortise and tenon joints, ensuring structural stability and durability, excellent acid and alkali resistance, and excellent weather resistance.
b. The top uses a tapered, constricted air collection hood and is designed with load-bearing beams. This reinforces the overall structural stability while facilitating installation and maintenance by construction personnel.
c. The inner lining is made of 8mm thick PP board, the same thickness as the main frame, further reinforcing the cabinet structure and enhancing its durability.
d. The airflow guide plate is made of the same PP material, offering excellent acid and alkali resistance. The airflow system, consisting of a back airflow guide plate and a concealed top-mounted oblique airflow guide, also features multi-segmented diversion holes, tested to have no dead air zones and boasts superior exhaust gas capture performance.
e. The back panel features a completely flat design, allowing the counterweight system to slide up and down unimpeded.
f. The front panel is made from a single 8mm thick sheet, bent and welded, featuring stylish ventilation holes that echo the airflow guide plate's diversion holes, enhancing the overall visual appeal.
2. Worktop: The PP ventilation cabinet worktop is available in PP, chemical-resistant board, ceramic board, and stainless steel. A water-retaining edge surrounds the worktop, protecting user safety and facilitating cleaning.
3. Lower Cabinet: The main frame uses one-piece bent columns as support points, and the cabinet is welded as a whole, ensuring structural stability and preventing wobbling. The door panel edges are thickened to 16mm by bending, and the connecting hinges are made entirely of PP material, with a PP door stopper.
4. Sliding Door: Stepless design, allowing for stepless stopping of the viewing window, with an emergency release mechanism. The sliding door is light to operate and moves smoothly up and down.
a. Operating Viewing Window: Made of 5mm tempered glass, with excellent acid and alkali resistance.
b. Adjustable Door Frame: White one-piece molded PPC groove, embedded design to ensure safety and durability.
c. Adjustable door is equipped with a 13mm wide special polypropylene gear belt, with a thickened design and special steel wire in the middle for enhanced strength.
d. The cabinet top is equipped with 4 custom polypropylene pulleys, connected by 15*15mm stainless steel square steel tubes to form a synchronous belt pulley drive system.
e. Adjustable Door Counterweight: Utilizes a PP material counterweight box design.
5. Electrical Equipment:
a. Switches: Employs an integrated controller panel with LCD display function for visual control of various parameters, including fan switch, lighting switch, and main power switch. It is equipped with an air switch with self-resetting circuit breaker to protect the fume hood's electrical system.
b. Socket Section: Each fume hood is equipped with four 220V 10A power sockets with splash-proof covers.
