Working Principle: When personnel or goods enter the air shower, a high-speed clean airflow, filtered by a high-efficiency filter, is then sprayed onto the person or goods from all directions through rotating nozzles, effectively removing dust particles carried by clothing or goods. The air containing dust particles is then filtered again by pre-filters and high-efficiency filters before being recirculated back into the air shower area.
Structural Features:
Door: Utilizes a PVC high-speed rolling door, featuring rapid lifting and lowering to effectively reduce air convection. Multiple control methods are available, including infrared automatic sensing, manual switching, and geomagnetic sensing.
Material: The overall material is typically high-quality stainless steel or cold-rolled steel plate with a baked enamel finish, such as 201 sandblasted stainless steel. The steel plate thickness meets national standards at 1.0mm, offering corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
Filtration System: Equipped with a pre-filter and a partition high-efficiency filter, achieving a filtration level of H13 and a filtration efficiency of 99.99%@0.3um, ensuring a high level of purification.
Fans and Nozzles: Typically equipped with multiple high-volume air shower-specific fans, such as 4 units, paired with multiple stainless steel nozzles, such as 36 nozzles, with an air velocity ≥22-25m/s to ensure effective air showering.
Work Process: Taking goods entering as an example, when goods enter the sensing area, the front high-speed roller shutter automatically opens. After the goods enter the air shower chamber, the front high-speed roller shutter automatically closes, followed by automatic air showering. After the air shower is completed, the rear high-speed roller shutter automatically opens, allowing the goods to exit the air shower chamber. The rear high-speed roller shutter then automatically closes, ending the air shower process. When exiting the clean area, the goods typically do not undergo air showering while passing through the air shower chamber to save energy.
