Modular cleanrooms, also known as assembled or prefabricated cleanrooms, are convenient and quick-assembly clean space modules that can rapidly improve the cleanliness of an area. Hard-wall modular cleanrooms are divided into two categories: acrylic or color steel plate wall modular cleanrooms. Hard-wall modular cleanrooms can stand freely without hoisting. The modular cleanroom maintains a stable positive pressure, and the cleanliness level can be determined according to requirements, ranging from Class 10 to Class 300,000.

Features:

1. Frame: The frame of the modular hard-wall cleanroom can be made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy. Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant and strong, while aluminum is easy to install and has a striking appearance.

2. Ceiling: Aluminum composite panels are high-quality, lightweight, and easy to install.

3. Walls: Transparent acrylic sheets are high-strength and inexpensive. Anti-static acrylic sheets have anti-static properties, suitable for cleanrooms requiring an anti-static environment. Color steel plates are dustproof and durable.

4. FFU: High-quality, energy-saving, low-noise fans are used, or fans of a brand specified by the customer, such as German EBM. The outer casing is made of galvanized steel sheet or stainless steel.

5. Control System: uses a PLC to centrally control the FFUs, adjusting fan speed, pressure difference, temperature, and humidity (if an air conditioner is included).
