In high-end industries such as electronics and semiconductors, biomedicine, and precision manufacturing, cleanrooms are the "core sanctuary" for ensuring product quality. They need to maintain constant temperature and humidity, as well as extremely high air cleanliness, to prevent tiny dust particles and temperature and humidity fluctuations from interfering with precision production and experiments. However, what is little known is that this "pure land" comes at an extremely high energy cost: a medium-sized cleanroom often consumes dozens of times more energy than an office building of the same size, with ventilation and air handling accounting for over 60% of the energy consumption, becoming a double burden on enterprise operating costs and environmental pressure.
