The Class 10,000 laboratory maintains room pressure differentials by balancing supply and return airflow; supply air enters the room after passing through primary, medium, and high-efficiency (HEPA) filters. The enclosure and ceiling utilize 50mm-thick specialized cleanroom panels, offering high mechanical strength, excellent thermal insulation and moisture resistance, a smooth flat finish, corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning, and simple installation. Transitions at wall corners (internal and external), as well as junctions between walls and floors/ceilings, feature coved (radiused) profiles and are fully sealed; all supporting aluminum alloy components utilize high-quality electrophoretic profiles.
Laboratory Lighting: Specialized laboratory fixtures are used; they are sealed, flush-mounted, aesthetically pleasing, dust-resistant, and easy to clean. For energy efficiency, the system is designed as a mixed fresh air and return air system, utilizing a top-supply/bottom-side-return airflow pattern. The Class 10,000 sterile cell laboratory employs an air-cooled, direct-expansion (DX) cleanroom-specific ducted air conditioning unit to meet heating and cooling loads across seasons and maintain constant temperature and humidity. Motorized airtight valves are installed on fresh air ducts to prevent backflow when the system is shut down and to allow for airtight sealing during disinfection.
