Foshan Turnkey Cleanroom Project for chip Company

Our company successfully completed a one-stop project for a 1000㎡ modular cleanroom for an electronics chip company in Foshan. The client initially requested the construction of a high-standard cleanroom for chip manufacturing, requiring us to be fully responsible for the overall design, system integration, and on-site installation services, adapting to precision manufacturing processes.

Upon receiving the request, our technical team immediately conducted an on-site inspection of the client's factory in Foshan, accurately collecting site data, verifying the on-site infrastructure and production conditions, and quickly identifying core construction standards suitable for the client's production, based on semiconductor industry standards.

Based on the on-site survey results, our company swiftly customized a customized modular cleanroom overall solution. During this process, through multiple phone calls and online video conferences, we meticulously reviewed the solution layout, system configuration, construction period, and acceptance standards with the client, answered questions, optimized details, and efficiently advanced the coordination process.

After several rounds of refined coordination and adjustments, both parties successfully finalized the solution and construction plan, and the project immediately commenced.

Currently, the 1000㎡ chip cleanroom project in Foshan has been fully completed and successfully passed acceptance. We provided a one-stop solution for the entire process, efficiently completing the prefabrication of modules, on-site assembly, system debugging, testing and acceptance. All indicators, including cleanliness, temperature and humidity, pressure difference, and anti-static properties in the workshop, met the chip industry production standards and can be directly put into mass production, ensuring a successful delivery to our customers.
