Core Functions
● Precise Negative Pressure and Airflow Control
This is the core function of the weighing hood controller. By adjusting the speed of the supply and exhaust fans, it maintains a stable negative pressure environment inside the hood, preventing powder dust from escaping and contaminating the workshop during weighing. Simultaneously, it controls the vertical/horizontal airflow speed (typically 0.3~0.5m/s) to form an airflow barrier, preventing external contaminants from entering the weighing area. It supports manual/automatic dual-mode speed adjustment to adapt to the weighing needs of different powder materials.
●Multi-Parameter Monitoring and Alarms
Real-time monitoring of key parameters such as negative pressure value inside the hood, filter differential pressure, fan operating current, and dust concentration;
Abnormal Alarms: When the negative pressure value exceeds the set range, the filter differential pressure exceeds the standard (indicating replacement), the fan is overloaded, or the dust concentration is too high, an audible and visual alarm is immediately triggered, and a fault code is displayed for quick troubleshooting;
Data Recording: The intelligent model supports storing operating parameters and alarm records, which can be exported via USB flash drive, meeting GMP data traceability requirements.
●Automated Linkage Control
Sterilization Linkage: UV lamp delay start/stop can be set, for example, automatically turning on the UV lamp for 30 minutes before weighing, and automatically switching to working mode after sterilization;
Dust Removal Linkage: The matching dust removal device automatically starts during weighing to adsorb loose powder particles and keep the inside of the hood clean;
Door Control Linkage: When the weighing hood's protective door is opened, the controller automatically increases the fan speed to strengthen negative pressure and airflow barrier; after the door is closed, it can return to the energy-saving fan speed;
Central Linkage: Supports connection to the workshop's central control system, enabling unified management of multiple weighing hoods and data upload to the MES system.
●Safety and Energy Saving Protection
Built-in overload, undervoltage, and short-circuit protection to prevent fan damage due to electrical faults;
UV Lamp Interlock Protection: Equipped with a human body sensor, automatically turning off the UV lamp when personnel approach to avoid UV burns;
Power-Off Memory Function: Automatically restores previous operating parameters after a power outage and restart;
Variable frequency speed control design saves more than 30% energy compared to fixed speed control, reducing operating costs.
