The Path of Modular Cleanroom Collaboration with Malaysian Clients
As a supplier in the modular cleanroom field, high-quality products and professional collaboration are our core competitive advantages. Previously, we undertook a modular cleanroom customization request from a Malaysian client. After communication, production, and cross-border transportation, the customized products have successfully arrived at the client's site and are ready for assembly. This Malaysian client, primarily engaged in the production of electronic components, needed to customize a modular cleanroom compliant with ISO 14644 standards for high-precision product manufacturing and testing due to business upgrades. They had specific requirements regarding cleanliness level, spatial layout, and ease of installation.
During the communication phase, due to time zone differences and slight variations in industry standards, both parties primarily communicated during off-peak hours. The client clearly articulated their specific cleanroom requirements for their production process, including a Class 100,000 cleanliness standard, equipment placement, and component material selection. Our technical team, drawing on their experience, provided a professional customized solution, breaking down the core cleanroom components into standardized modules, balancing cleanliness stability with ease of on-site assembly—the core reason the client chose us. To ensure the feasibility of the solution, we repeatedly optimized the design drawings, clarifying the dimensions, interface specifications, and splicing methods of each module. We also provided similar product case studies and test reports for the client to verify quality. During the production process, we strictly controlled quality. From selecting materials for wall and ceiling panels to integrating and debugging HEPA filters and air supply/return systems, all modules were prefabricated in a standardized factory environment to ensure component precision and sealing, avoiding on-site assembly deviations. After product completion, we conducted comprehensive testing to confirm compliance with client requirements and international standards. We then ensured proper moisture-proof and damage-proof packaging to guarantee the safe cross-border transportation of goods.
During cross-border transportation, we kept the client informed of the cargo status in real time, from departure from domestic ports, through the South China Sea, to arrival at Port Klang, Malaysia, providing synchronized milestone information throughout. We also provided the client with detailed assembly instructions in advance, clarifying the installation sequence, precautions, and solutions to common problems. While we did not provide on-site installation services, we offered comprehensive technical support for the client's self-assembly. After sea voyage and customs clearance, the client confirmed that all modular cleanroom components arrived successfully, with intact packaging and complete consistency with the design drawings, and expressed their approval of our product quality.
Currently, the client team is ready and is assembling the equipment according to the instructions provided by us. The prefabricated modules will be gradually assembled into a cleanroom that meets the requirements, providing a reliable environmental guarantee for their electronic component production.
