● Structure and Materials
Overall Materials: Common materials include all cold-rolled steel plate with painted finish, outer casing made of cold-rolled steel plate with painted finish and inner liner made of sandblasted stainless steel, and all stainless steel 201 or 304, etc. All stainless steel offers advantages such as corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, making it suitable for locations with high hygiene requirements.
Roller Shutter Door: Generally, PVC high-speed roller shutter doors are used, providing windproof, dustproof, soundproof, and heat insulation functions. The door curtain material is usually a high-density industrial coated base fabric, with a thickness of approximately 0.8-0.9mm, possessing fire-retardant properties. Control methods include push-button, sensor, and remote control.
● Working Principle: When goods enter the sensing area, the roller shutter door automatically opens. After the goods enter the air shower chamber, the roller shutter door automatically closes. At this time, the fan starts, and air is pressurized through a pre-filter into the static pressure box, then filtered through a high-efficiency filter. The clean airflow is then sprayed onto the surface of the goods from all directions through rotating nozzles, effectively removing dust particles. The air containing dust particles is then filtered by pre-filters and HEPA filters before being recirculated back into the air shower area. After the air shower is complete, the roller shutter door on the other side opens automatically, and the goods can then be shipped out of the air shower chamber.
● Main Configuration
Fan: Typically equipped with a centrifugal fan or a high-volume dedicated fan for cargo shower rooms to provide sufficient airflow and ensure effective showering. Air velocity is generally ≥22-25 m/s.
Filter: Equipped with a pre-filter and a high-efficiency filter. The high-efficiency filter is generally H13 with a filtration efficiency of 99.99%@0.3um. The pre-filter has a filtration efficiency of G4, ensuring a high level of purification.
Nozzles: Mostly stainless steel nozzles, generally 30mm in diameter, capable of 360-degree rotation, spraying clean airflow onto the cargo surface from all directions.
Control System: Equipped with an advanced integrated circuit board, an LCD display of showering time, an adjustable time relay from 0-99 seconds (usually factory set to 10 seconds), and features an infrared automatic sensor, touch-sensitive micro-switches, and a user-friendly intelligent voice prompt system.

Strong sealing: The sealing design of the roller shutter door and the double-door electronic interlock function effectively prevent contaminated air from entering the cleanroom, also serving as an airlock.
