Core Components
1.Core Control Module: Mainstream models utilize PLC controllers, such as Siemens Logo PLCs and Rockwell MLX1100 PLCs, which are common configurations. These controllers accurately execute preset programs and coordinate the orderly operation of various components.
2.Operation and Display Components: Most models are equipped with color touchscreens. For example, some products feature a 4-inch PanelView 800 HMI touchscreen, which intuitively displays equipment operating status, alarm information, etc. Some basic models also include LED displays and soft-touch buttons for convenient and quick operation.
3.Auxiliary Sensing and Actuation Components: These connect to photoelectric sensors and motion switches to detect personnel entry; they interface with inlet and outlet solenoid valves, electric air valves, etc., to control the flow of water and air; and they also link with electromagnetic locks and door closers to control door locking and unlocking.
Core Functions
1.Automated Fog Shower Control: Upon detection of personnel entering and closing the door via a sensor switch, the ultrasonic atomization system automatically activates. The mist shower duration can be controlled according to preset parameters, with a standard adjustment range of 0-99 seconds. Some customized models can also be set with different mist shower cycles for entry and exit to adapt to various scenarios. Furthermore, the controller monitors the air and water pressure of the mist shower nozzles to ensure stable atomization effects.
2.Door Interlock and Status Management: Electromagnetic locks on both sides of the doors achieve interlocking. Both doors remain locked during the mist shower process to prevent contaminant diffusion. The exit door unlocks only after the mist shower cycle is complete. It can also be linked with a door closer for automatic door closure.
3.Parameter Setting and Access Control: Administrators can store various operating parameter schemes and modify key parameters such as mist shower and air shower times via the touchscreen. Multi-level password access is provided, ensuring only authorized personnel can change core parameters to prevent accidental operation.
4.Alarm and Emergency Handling: In case of abnormal air pressure, water circuit malfunctions, or other problems, alarm information will be displayed on the screen and the alarm device will be triggered for timely troubleshooting. Simultaneously connected to an emergency stop button, the mist shower process can be interrupted with a single click in an emergency to ensure personnel safety.
Typical Workflow:
1.Personnel manually open the mist shower chamber entrance door to enter; the door automatically closes and locks after entry.
2.A photoelectric sensor detects someone inside and transmits a signal to the controller.
3.The controller activates the ultrasonic atomization system and its associated airflow system, initiating mist showering according to a preset time.
4.After mist showering, the controller opens the drain solenoid valve to drain accumulated liquid and simultaneously unlocks the exit door.
5.After personnel leave, the door is closed, and the controller activates the exhaust system for a period of time before the equipment returns to its initial standby state.
Common Application Scenarios:
Primarily used in locations requiring decontamination treatment of personnel, such as P3/P4 biological laboratories and pharmaceutical workshops, to encapsulate and remove contaminants such as API drug powder from workers' protective clothing; also suitable for highly polluting industries such as chemicals, preventing dust and chemical residues carried by personnel from entering clean areas or spreading to the outside.
