    Electrical Control Logic:


    Start Signal: When the operator presses the start button on the control panel, the signal is transmitted to the electrical control cabinet.

    Motor Drive: The contactor in the electrical control cabinet connects the power supply to the drive motor, which begins to rotate, raising and lowering the door.

    Status Detection: Photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, etc., detect the door's position and obstacles to ensure safe operation.

    Program Execution: The PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) serves as the core control unit, executing commands for motor start/stop, speed adjustment, and interlock control according to a preset program.


    Mechanical Transmission Principle:


    Motor Type: Utilizes a DC motor or stepper motor, featuring a wide speed range and high control precision.

    Transmission Mechanism: Converts the motor's rotational motion into the door's linear lifting and lowering motion using gears, racks, pulleys, and other mechanical components.

    Guide Rail Design: Employs high-strength aluminum alloy guide rails combined with plastic pulleys to ensure smooth door operation and low noise (operating noise ≤50db).

    High-Efficiency Filter: Filters the air entering the pass-through window to ensure the air cleanliness in the work area meets standards.

    UV Germicidal Lamp: Uses UV light to disinfect passed items, reducing the risk of microbial contamination.


    Safety Design


    Anti-Pinch Function: When the door encounters an obstacle during descent, it automatically reverses direction to prevent motor stalling and injury to items.

    Overload Protection: The motor has a built-in overload protection device that automatically cuts off power when the current exceeds the rated value to prevent motor damage.

    Emergency Stop Button: An emergency stop button is provided on the control panel for immediate door stoppage in emergencies.

    Interlocking safety mechanism: Ensures that the inner and outer doors cannot be opened simultaneously through mechanical or electronic means to prevent cross-contamination.

    Function Description

    1. The system allows only one door (out of a maximum of eight) to be open at a time in the buffer zone. More than two doors can be opened simultaneously, and the interlocking logic can be configured.


    2. If a door is left open, a continuous alarm will sound after 10 seconds.


    3. In normal mode, the indicator lights on both sides of the door will be green, indicating the door is locked. The door can only be opened by pressing the open button on the panel. Closing the door will automatically lock it again.


    4. A red indicator light indicates no passage; a green light indicates the door is unlocked.


    5. In normal mode, pressing and holding the open button on the panel for more than 3 seconds will enter fire mode, unlocking all interconnected door locks. In fire mode, pressing and holding the open button on the panel for more than 3 seconds will return to normal mode.


    6. The default door lock types in this system are electromagnetic locks and electric bolt locks.
