High-efficiency sterilization capability
● Road-spectrum sterilization: It can kill bacteria, fungi, viruses, spores (including stubborn thermophilic Bacillus stearothermophilus), with a sterilization efficiency of Log6 (99.9999%), meeting strict standards such as GMP/ISO 13485. It is also effective against antibiotic-resistant strains (such as MRSA) and enveloped viruses (such as the new coronavirus).
● Strong penetration: Vaporized H₂O₂ can penetrate into complex structures (such as catheter cavities, porous packaging materials), solving the problem that ultraviolet (UV) and alcohol cannot cover dead corners.
No residue & environmentally safe
● Automatic catalytic decomposition: After sterilization, the catalytic module decomposes H₂O₂ into water and oxygen (residual concentration <1ppm), without artificial ventilation, avoiding the risk of toxic residues of ethylene oxide (EtO).
● Good material compatibility: Compared with ozone or EtO, VHP has no significant corrosiveness to most plastics, stainless steel, and glass (but sensitive materials such as copper and rubber should be avoided).
Automation
● Intelligent control: The touch screen system automatically adjusts the concentration, temperature and humidity, and sterilization time to reduce human error.
● Safety interlock: Double door interlock + residual detection, the inner door is unlocked only when the H₂O₂ concentration reaches the standard (<1ppm), preventing personnel exposure risks.
