The enclosure is constructed from corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean conductive color steel panels, while the floor is made of anti-static PVC roll material/epoxy resin self-leveling compound, which is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant. The air ducts and air outlets are all made of conductive materials and are grounded. All accessories comply with the "Design Code for Cleanrooms in the Electronic Industry" GB50472. Daily maintenance only requires periodic testing of filtration efficiency and electrostatic parameters, resulting in low operating costs.
